About
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Austin, Texas facility. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our logistics and supply chain operations, handling a variety of warehouse tasks. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking products, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures, including PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting within safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform manual tasks, including Lifting up to 40 pounds regularly. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to Safety and following procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic. Familiarity with warehouse operations. Understanding of basic logistics concepts.
