Responsibilities:
- Process inbound shipments, verifying contents and quantities.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
- Understand the importance of Lifting protocols and proper body mechanics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with logistics operations. Must be reliable and punctual. Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
