Job Summary:
Join our expanding Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate. This critical role supports the entire logistics chain, from receiving goods to dispatching orders. You will be responsible for managing inventory, operating warehouse machinery, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Sort and stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Process shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for outgoing freight.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the logistics operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to operate forklifts and other relevant machinery.
  • Capacity for frequent Lifting of heavy items, up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and Material Handling best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding role and fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to wearing all necessary PPE and maintaining a safety-conscious approach.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
