Job Summary:
We are actively seeking reliable and motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to Safety, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment. You will work closely with your team to ensure accuracy and efficiency, contributing directly to our company's success in delivering products to our customers. This role offers a great chance to develop skills in warehouse management and supply chain logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations using proper procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision using order sheets and RF scanners.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and palletizing.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification opportunities available).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and use of required PPE.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
