We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Forklift Operator to join our growing logistics team in Austin, Texas! This position is crucial for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, ensuring timely loading and unloading of trucks, as well as the safe storage and retrieval of inventory. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment, adhering strictly to safety regulations and company policies. Daily pre-operation checks and proper maintenance of equipment are essential components of this role. You will be responsible for moving pallets, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on safety is mandatory; all operators must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and be vigilant about potential hazards in the warehouse environment. The ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records is important. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
