Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks, handling goods with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
- Perform tasks that require significant lifting, up to 70 pounds.
- Assist in maintaining the overall flow of logistics within the facility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage or loss.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Physical capability to handle frequent lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
