Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Verify product information against order details.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through diligent work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and PPE usage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
