We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in the bustling city of Miami, Florida. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center, contributing directly to our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are protected and labeled correctly.
- Prepare orders for shipping, coordinating with carriers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
