About
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will be a vital link in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and strict adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to management.
- Perform other assigned duties to support warehouse functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity for physical activity, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
