About

We are seeking a *Quality Control (QC) Software Tester* to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, methodical, and passionate about identifying issues before they reach our customers. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to validate functionality, performance, and usability across multiple platforms.
*Key Responsibilities *
* Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
* Execute usability tests and evaluate user experience
* Analyze test results, errors, and bugs to identify root causes
* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
* Perform manual and automated testing to detect defects and inconsistencies
* Document and report issues clearly, including detailed steps to reproduce
* Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes
* Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality
* Validate software against business requirements and technical specifications
* Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role
* Familiarity with testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, usability)
* Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience testing web, mobile, and cloud-based applications
* Exposure to bug tracking tools
* Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages
* Familiarity with automated testing concepts
* Internship or academic project experience in software testing or development
*Competitive salary DOE (Depending On Experience)*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
