*Job Type:* Full-Time
*Location:* Mercer County, PA and surrounding areas
*Schedule:* Monday–Thursday
*Pay:* Starting at 54,000
*About the Role*
Capable Kids is seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. This position is partly school-based, providing services to students within educational settings, and partly in our outpatient clinics.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for school-aged children
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and clinic plans)
* Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in school and clinic settings
* Monitor and document student/client progress, adjusting goals as needed
* Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, parents, and caregivers
* Provide support and training to school personnel on communication strategies
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school district and clinic standards
* Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development
* Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all areas of practice
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Valid Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY supervision available
* Experience working with children in school or outpatient settings preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organized, flexible, and able to adapt to various school and clinic environments
