The team managers relationships with external portfolio managers, analyzing and monitoring funds, assembles and oversees Funds of Funds, tailored and Private label solutions.As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for rationalising, improving and (re)building existing and future reporting systems, overseeing and updated databases as well as producing business insights and analytical pieces to enhance our knowledge base and assist the team in the day-to-day activities. YOUR ROLECollect, analyse and interpret financial data (performance indicators, portfolio construction methodology, market data)Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards > Maintaining information up to date on current selection> Assisting future fund selection and performance evaluation> Pitchbooks, factsheets, and other regular reportsCollaborate with external portfolio managers and fund selection analystsEnsure data integrity and accuracy in all used systems through regular and documented audits as well as a data validation processesSupport ad-hoc reporting requestsStay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance of reporting standardsYOUR PROFILEQuantitative background, preferably Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar5 years’ experience minimum, ideally within the financial industry Proven experience in data analysis and fund reportingProficiency in data base management, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), and ETL toolss (e.g. Alteryx)Experience with Bloomberg and MorningstarExcellent command of MS 365 (excel and ppt, including Visual Basic knowledge)Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
