About
What will you do
Manage, lead and motivate a high‑performing team of Design engineers / Solution Architects to consistently deliver in accordance with projects’ objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.
Ensure Ericsson remains compliant with British Standards when working within the Solution Engineering team. Prepare material for use.
Responsible for New Product Introduction for Hardware into our customer networks, ensuring installation material is prepared and acknowledged with our customers and our ASP’s.
Responsible for High‑Level Design and Low‑Level Design for new products once the CSR has approved the Hardware configuration. This includes creation of the BOM.
Use Digital Techniques such as ESDT to enhance our ability to deliver into customer projects. Where the opportunity arises, lead from the front and take the initiative to be the first in the CU to introduce innovative new ways of delivering.
Effectively manage a diverse team of professionals located across various locations within the CU, securing that the diversity of cultures and backgrounds will enrich the team and its ability to deliver sustainable success to our customers.
You will bring

Develops people (constructive feedback, coaching, empathetic, employee motivation).
Deliver results (accountability, performance review, leading & developing high performing teams, adaptability, resilience & perseverance, team motivation).
Proven experience in Network Roll Out and New Product/Solution Introduction.
Excellent knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety operational processes, as well as relevant legal requirements.
Effective Leadership in Matrix environment with large geographical spread.
Strong Service Delivery experience.
Experience in crisis management linked to business continuity.
Experiences
University degree in Engineering / ICT or similar.
3+ years in leadership positions.
3+ years’ experience in Service Delivery.
5 years of experience from Telecom Network industry.
Strong personal track record and experience of sales and C‑level engagements in Networks domain.
