Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Safely handle and move merchandise, which may involve significant Lifting.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
