We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics operations in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting initiatives.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of freight as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
