Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting initiatives.
- Assist with loading and unloading of freight as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
