Job Summary:
Our Boston, Massachusetts fulfillment center is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. A keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality are key. This is a dynamic position in a fast-paced logistics environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
  • Assembling kits and preparing products for shipment.
  • Verifying order details and product information.
  • Using warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory and orders.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work station and fulfillment area.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Participating in inventory counts and checks.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow.
  • Reporting any issues with orders, inventory, or equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and understand order documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety standards and wear required PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

This role requires continuous physical activity and the ability to manage lifting tasks safely.
