Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sorters, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct **Safety** inspections and ensure all equipment meets compliance standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory for spare parts.
- Adhere to strict **PPE** guidelines and promote a **Safety**-first culture.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of equipment or components as needed.
- Support **Logistics** operations through effective equipment management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably within a warehouse or **Logistics** environment. Experience with industrial automation and control systems is highly desirable. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to **Safety**. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of warehouse **Safety** regulations and best practices.
- Ability to **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using required **PPE**.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** systems and automation.
