Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including proper PPE use.
