A critical opening exists for a skilled Forklift Operator at our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. This role is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials, load and unload trucks, and move inventory within the facility. A valid forklift certification is required, along with a proven track record of safe operation. You will be expected to perform pre-operation checks on equipment, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory management tasks as needed. This position requires excellent spatial awareness, precision, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. We expect all team members to prioritize safety, including the correct use of PPE at all times. This role involves periods of lifting and requires the ability to operate machinery in a demanding warehouse environment. Understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics principles is a plus. Responsibilities:
