Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in our state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks essential to warehousing and distribution. Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, accurately stocking inventory, fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing, and preparing items for outbound shipping. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. We place a high emphasis on safety; all associates are required to wear appropriate PPE and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent lifting and operate material handling equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect inbound goods.
  • Accurately stock shelves and organize inventory.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Capacity for consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all logistics procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
