We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving and inspecting inventory, accurately stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders with precision, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to a safe working environment is essential; you will be required to adhere to all company safety guidelines and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Stock received items into appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Work collaboratively with fellow associates and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we offer thorough training. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prioritizing safety and adhering to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE, is non-negotiable. This role offers a competitive hourly wage within the $16.00-$24.00 range, reflecting your experience, and provides excellent prospects for advancement within our logistics network.
