Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of the distribution process, including receiving goods, managing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all associates are required to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical capability, including regular Lifting, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Store and organize products in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
