Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, and all associates are expected to follow established procedures and utilize the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform moderate Lifting, and a commitment to teamwork. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities may also include maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse stock, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
