Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times when required.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, involving standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines.
