We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is integral to our logistics operations, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, meeting all quality standards.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining inventory integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting processes.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and order status.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
