Become a vital part of our Madison, Wisconsin operations as a Picker/Packer. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This position is integral to our Logistics chain, ensuring timely and correct delivery to our customers. Key responsibilities include reading order forms, locating merchandise, and utilizing appropriate packing materials to ensure product safety during transit. Precision and speed are important, as is maintaining a high level of order accuracy. You will also assist with inventory management tasks and keep your work area clean and organized. A strong focus on Safety is mandatory; adherence to all company policies and the use of required PPE is expected. This role requires standing for long periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and the ability to perform Lifting of up to 35 pounds. Previous picking and packing experience is beneficial.
