About
We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a versatile role where you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and Logistics processes. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe working environment through adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE . This position requires standing and moving for extended periods, as well as frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and Safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Contribute to team efforts and meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics is beneficial.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and correct use of PPE .
