Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with efficiency and accuracy.
- Move products to and from storage areas, production, and shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory management and other logistics tasks as assigned.
- Ensure accurate placement and labeling of materials.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and logistics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
