We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our busy warehouse in Durham, North Carolina. This role is essential for the efficient movement of materials and products throughout our facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and support production and shipping departments. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations, and performing routine equipment checks are critical aspects of this job. A strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow is highly beneficial. You must possess a valid forklift certification and a proven safety record. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift objects, and a keen awareness of your surroundings. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and locations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
