We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our operations in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners for timely deliveries and shipments.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
  • Utilize WMS to track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in logistics.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or coordination.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain principles.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
