Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners for timely deliveries and shipments.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Utilize WMS to track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency with WMS and other relevant software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
