Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology to track inventory.
- Ensure accuracy in all order fulfillment processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
