Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida, as a Material Handler! We are looking for an efficient and reliable individual to manage the movement of materials within our warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE , is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Load finished goods onto trucks for shipment.
  • Organize and store materials in appropriate locations, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE ).
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, cycle counts, and stocktaking.
  • Support shipping and receiving teams as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate efficient warehouse operations and logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and basic logistics principles.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and proficiency with PPE .
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
