In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our warehouse equipment and ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics processes. This includes troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all machinery operates within safety standards. Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment.
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Adhering to strict PPE requirements while working with machinery.
- Supporting the logistics team by ensuring equipment availability.
- Assisting with inventory management of spare parts.
- Contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence.
This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with industrial maintenance or a similar technical role is highly desirable. A strong understanding of mechanical principles and electrical systems is beneficial.
