Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to established standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
