Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado? Our warehouse is seeking a certified and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and stacking materials and products within our facility. This position is essential to our daily operations and directly impacts our Logistics efficiency. You will operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks, ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and strict Safety guidelines. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to workplace safety are paramount. Responsibilities include inspecting the forklift before use, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. We provide a clean and organized work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Opportunities for advancement are available for dedicated individuals. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Stack and stage materials in designated areas.
- Perform pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Wear and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics system.
