Job Summary:
Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products move smoothly and efficiently through our distribution center. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this demanding but rewarding environment. You will operate various warehouse equipment, and attention to Safety is a top priority. We are committed to providing a secure and productive workplace. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, and stocking items in designated locations. You will also pick items for outgoing orders, carefully package them for shipment, and prepare shipping labels and documentation. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse is a shared responsibility. We believe in teamwork and encourage collaboration among all associates. Understanding inventory control principles and contributing to accuracy are key. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our Logistics operations. Training on equipment and safety procedures will be provided. Requirements include the ability to work in a physically demanding role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming freight.
  • Inspect and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, emphasizing Safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize required PPE during all warehouse activities.
The role involves regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
