Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in historic Boston, Massachusetts! We are seeking reliable and organized individuals to support our extensive Logistics operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Assemble and prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
  • Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control processes, such as cycle counting.
  • Support the seamless functioning of our Logistics department.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • Capability for physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse functions and Logistics principles.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong adherence to Safety standards.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
