Are you a motivated individual looking for an Order Picker position in Dallas, Texas? We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our rapidly growing warehouse team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently select and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. We emphasize Safety above all else, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and a commitment to accuracy. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute.
