About
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our bustling distribution center in Sacramento, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely from receipt to shipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. You will be part of a fast-paced logistics environment where every team member's contribution matters.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Capability of performing tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
