Join our vibrant team as a Distribution Center Associate in Richmond, Virginia! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain processes, encompassing a range of activities such as receiving incoming goods, stocking inventory accurately, picking customer orders, packing items for shipment, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will be an essential link in ensuring our products reach our customers promptly and in excellent condition. Key responsibilities include using handheld scanners to track inventory movements, maintaining organized storage areas, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of your workspace. Adherence to all company safety standards and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is critical for all associates. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We value teamwork and effective communication, so strong interpersonal skills are a must. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous, but we are prepared to provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
