Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Austin, Texas! In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity in our logistics hub. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflows, and implementing best practices in inventory management and order fulfillment. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a safe working environment, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in warehouse management and logistics. You will also be involved in ensuring that tasks, including those requiring significant Lifting, are performed correctly and safely.
