Chicago, Illinois is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our efficient and fast-paced distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods. Your duties will encompass a range of essential warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to success in this role. You will be working with various types of products, requiring careful handling and organization. This role demands physical stamina, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and the capability for regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. Our commitment to safety is unwavering; all employees are expected to strictly adhere to all established safety procedures and wear the provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. We utilize modern warehouse technology, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and excel in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include: receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory; accurately picking items to fulfill customer orders; packing products securely for shipment; preparing outgoing shipments and ensuring proper documentation; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area; participating in inventory cycle counts; and assisting with other warehouse tasks as required.
