Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Transport items to and from designated storage locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of forklift equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all logistics guidelines and instructions from supervisors.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to using PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
