Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Inspect and pack items carefully, ensuring product protection.
- Assemble orders and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
