About

We are searching for a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical and administrative functions within our nursing facility.
*Are you ready to lead with true autonomy and impact?* At our organization, Directors of Nursing aren’t just managers, they’re empowered partners. We believe in giving facility leaders the freedom to make decisions that truly benefit their team and residents, while also offering something rare in healthcare: actual financial ownership in the company. Through our innovative Cluster Model, you’ll join a network of supportive peers who share resources, expertise, and accountability, creating an environment where collaboration thrives. With robust orientation, endless resources, and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, this is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to build your future while transforming lives. If you’re ready for a role that rewards leadership with above-market compensation and genuine partnership, we want to hear from you.
The Director of Nursing (DON) job entails ensuring excellent quality care, great customer service, timely interventions and treatments, providing for patient comfort, safety and personal care by direct care staff. In collaboration with facility administration, the DON allocates department resources in an efficient and economic manner to enable each resident to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being. Collaborates with other department heads, medical professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop, support and coordinate resident care, related administrative functions, and to represent the interests of the facility.
