About
We are looking for dependable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our logistics operations, performing a variety of essential tasks. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, as well as picking and packing orders accurately for shipment. You will also assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. A commitment to teamwork and a focus on safety are essential. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, so adaptability and the ability to follow instructions precisely are important. We place a high emphasis on workplace safety, and all associates must adhere to safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical activity, such as lifting and moving items, so a reasonable level of physical stamina is necessary. Your contributions are vital to the smooth functioning of our logistics chain and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items based on order requests.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize PPE correctly and consistently.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational demands within our logistics flow.
- Handle lifting and movement of various products and materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
