Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist for our Fort Worth, Texas distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, ensuring that our warehouse management systems reflect the actual stock levels. Your expertise will be critical to optimizing our logistics operations, reducing errors, and improving overall efficiency. This is a challenging and rewarding position for someone with a strong analytical mind and a passion for inventory management.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage inventory adjustments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and stock placement for efficient logistics.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Oversee the proper handling and storage of all inventory items.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations, including lifting guidelines and PPE.
  • Understanding of the full spectrum of logistics operations.
