Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Material Handlers to join our expanding warehouse team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Material Handler, you will be instrumental in the smooth flow of goods through our facility. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping various types of inventory. This role requires physical stamina and a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring that materials are handled safely and correctly. Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks will be part of your daily tasks. We are committed to fostering a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics sector. You will work closely with a team of warehouse professionals to meet daily operational targets. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to instructions.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and record-keeping.
  • Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including safe lifting practices.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Support overall logistics operations and team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
