This position involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and securing packages.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
