*Position Summary*
The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a key role in providing preventive and periodontal care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset.
*Key Responsibilities*
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and preventive services
* Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care techniques
* Take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
* Adhere to infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols
* Collaborate with dentists and team members to support treatment planning
* Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care with professionalism and efficiency
*Qualifications*
* Active *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license*
* Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented approach
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
